ALGOFACT is a Turkish software and AI engineering company that builds multilingual guest assistants, booking and channel integrations, produce traceability platforms and patient intake systems for organizations in Antalya, including international hotel groups and tour operators. ## Three economies, one calendar

Antalya is best known for tourism, and the numbers explain why: according to Ministry of Culture and Tourism figures, the province received 16,308,937 foreign visitors between January and October 2025, with Russia, Germany and the United Kingdom as the three largest source markets.

Agriculture is the second pillar. The 2024-2028 regional plan of the West Mediterranean Development Agency (BAKA) states that 57 percent of Türkiye’s greenhouse production area lies in the TR61 region of Antalya, Isparta and Burdur, and that Antalya ranks second among provinces by crop production value thanks to intensive greenhouse vegetables. Aksu, Serik and Kumluca lead greenhouse vegetable production. The same plan treats health tourism as a separate topic.

What these sectors share is a hard calendar. A booking integration that fails in July, export paperwork that lags a harvest by a day or an unanswered message from a patient abroad all cost revenue immediately. We plan scope and go-live dates around that calendar rather than against it.

## Health tourism

Clinics and hospitals that treat international patients often lose requests between the first multilingual contact, document collection and the hospital information system. We bring intake, scheduling and follow-up into one application and integrate it with the hospital information system. Because health data is involved, KVKK (Türkiye’s data protection law) requirements are handled at design time and the data location is decided up front.

## Technology parks and universities

- **Antalya Teknokent:** The West Mediterranean Technopolis technology development zone, established by Council of Ministers decision on November 4, 2004. It hosts an agriculture technopolis and has run an AI and game technologies accelerator whose 35 young founders presented at a demo day.
- **Antalya OSB Teknopark:** Founded by the Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Antalya Bilim University, Akdeniz University and a young industrialists’ association, with tourism and agriculture startup zones.
- **Universities:** Akdeniz University and Antalya Bilim University are partners in the city’s technology parks and its main engineering talent pools.

## Planning around the season

After the discovery call, our founder presents a scope and timeline that treats your season opening or harvest window as a fixed constraint. Risky integrations are tested in a small proof of concept first. For hotels, large changes are scheduled before the season and only monitoring and minor fixes run during it.

Engineering is delivered from Adana and Ankara TEKMER, with meetings online. Steps that need someone on site, such as camera placement in a packhouse, are planned per project. Systems go live with access control and monitoring, and your team receives runbooks at handover.

Turkish entities may also look at BAKA programs, which in 2026 included an interest-free, repayable production transformation program, and at national R&D support such as TÜBİTAK 1501 and 1507 or KOSGEB. Eligibility is decided by each institution, not by us.

## Questions about working in Antalya

### Does ALGOFACT have staff in Antalya?

No. Our engineering offices are in Adana (Çukurova) and Ankara TEKMER (Çankaya). Antalya is a service area: work runs online and on-site steps are planned during discovery.

### We are a hotel group headquartered outside Türkiye. Can you work with our central IT team?

Yes. We work in English with your central IT and the local property teams, and agree on environments, access rights and data location with your IT team before development starts.

### Can a system go live before the season opens?

If the scope is set with that date in mind, yes. We narrow the first release to what fits before opening and leave further features for the shoulder season.

### Which property management systems can you integrate with?

Any system that offers an API or reliable data exports. Which data flows in which direction, how often and under which permissions is defined during discovery.

### How is patient data from international clinics protected?

Delivery runs under our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified information security management system, and KVKK requirements are part of the design. Where required, systems and models run on your own servers or in a private cloud.
