ALGOFACT builds custom software, system integrations, cloud infrastructure and AI for companies and public institutions in all 81 provinces of Türkiye. Delivery runs from our engineering offices in Adana (Çukurova) and Ankara TEKMER (Çankaya). We have no offices in other provinces: work is remote-first, and anything that has to happen on site is planned per project in the discovery call.

## Your province does not change how we work

Analysis, development, testing and go-live run through video calls and secure remote access. In Edirne, Van or Muğla the steps are the same.

On-site tasks, such as placing cameras on a production line or training users, appear as a separate item in the scope proposal. We do not promise visit frequency or response times.

## How development regions and agencies relate to your project

The directory below lists every province with its NUTS 2 region and development agency; provinces with their own city page link to it.

Türkiye’s statistical regional classification, defined by a 2002 Council of Ministers decision, has 26 regions at NUTS 2 level, each with a development agency set up under Law No. 5449. Agencies prepare regional plans, run investment support offices in the provinces and announce financial, technical, feasibility or interest-free loan programs.

Whether a software or AI project qualifies depends on the call’s rules and the evaluation of your application, so we make no eligibility promises. Our part is technical: defining scope, work packages and software items to fit your timeline. KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK programs are handled the same way.

### Discovery call

A video call on the need, where the data lives and any on-site work.

### Scope proposal

Our founders present scope, risks and estimated cost in writing, with a proof of concept first where risk is high.

### Build and handover

Go-live with access control and monitoring, handover with runbooks, and an optional embedded team.

## Common questions

### Do you have an office in our province?

No. Our engineering offices are in Adana (Çukurova) and Ankara TEKMER (Çankaya), and our US address is in Dover, Delaware. Projects are delivered remotely from there.

### How is on-site work planned?

We identify on-site tasks in the discovery call and agree timing with you.

### Can our project use support from our regional development agency?

That depends on the program’s rules and the evaluation of your application. We can help define the technical scope of the application.

### Can public institutions and municipalities work with you?

Yes. ALGOFACT holds the Kamu Bilişim Yetki Belgesi for public-sector digital work.
