ALGOFACT builds integrations between the ERP, CRM, hospital information and industry systems a company already runs, and between those systems and new applications. We establish which system owns each piece of data, build the flows over APIs and message queues, document field mapping and error handling, and go live with monitoring and alerts. The goal is plain: nobody types the same record into two screens, and a number no longer depends on which system you ask.

## Key facts

- **Connection methods:** REST, SOAP, message queues, file transfer
- **Healthcare:** HIS, laboratory and EHR connections
- **Data:** Field mapping and master data rules
- **Failure handling:** Retries, dead-letter queues, alerts
- **Information security:** ISO 27001:2022
- **Environment:** Cloud, on premises or hybrid

## When does integration solve the problem?

If the same customer, product or patient lives in two systems, if people move data between them through spreadsheets, or if a figure depends on which screen you read it from, the fix is usually not new software. It is a missing integration.

The systems we meet most often include ERPs such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, and in Türkiye also Logo and Netsis; CRMs such as Salesforce; and hospital information, laboratory and EHR systems in healthcare. These are examples of systems commonly integrated, not partnerships. We connect through each vendor’s supported APIs, web services or database interfaces.

Not every flow needs to be real time. Orders and stock should sync within minutes, while accounting close and reporting are often sturdier and cheaper as a nightly batch. We pick the rhythm flow by flow.

## Typical integrations

### ERP to commerce and portals

Products, prices, stock, accounts and orders flowing both ways between the ERP and your store, dealer portal or mobile app.

### CRM to operations

One customer identity tracked from opportunity to contract, order and invoice across CRM, ERP and the support desk.

### Hospital and health systems

Patient, appointment, lab and billing data moving between HIS, EHR and external systems. For Onewell we connected Indeed and the careers flow into the company’s own EHR systems, and for Letoon we built hospital management system software.

### Group ERP and a Turkish subsidiary

Bridging a group-level ERP with the local accounting and e-invoicing setup a Turkish entity runs, so consolidated reporting no longer depends on manual exports.

### Integration layer and legacy migration

Replacing a web of point-to-point connections with one integration layer and a documented API, or moving data out of a system being retired with trial loads and a parallel run.

## How the project runs

### System and data inventory

For every system we record the version, available interfaces, access method and owner. Options for systems without an interface are discussed here.

### Data ownership and mapping

Each data object (customer, product, order, patient) gets a source system. Fields, code lists and transformation rules go into a mapping document.

### Flow design

Which event triggers which flow, synchronous or asynchronous processing, ordering, retries and conflict rules.

### Testing

End-to-end tests with anonymized samples of real data, including bad records, missing fields and system outages. Finance and operations teams verify the results in their own screens.

### Go-live and monitoring

Success and failure counts, latency and the error queue for each flow on one dashboard, with alerts to a named owner when thresholds are crossed.

## Master data, failure handling and security

Most integration projects struggle with data, not technology: the same customer under two codes, the same product in different units. We write master data rules (which system is the source, how records are matched, which one wins a conflict) before building flows, and add a matching table and a cleanup screen to the scope when needed.

Every flow is idempotent, so a message delivered twice never creates two records. Failed messages are not lost; they wait in an error queue with the reason attached and can be replayed once fixed. System access uses least-privilege service accounts, and personal and health data travels over encrypted channels and is masked in logs.

## What you receive

### Integration architecture

A diagram of systems, flows, methods and owners.

### Data mapping document

Fields, code lists and transformation rules, with the master data decisions.

### Integration services

API connectors, message-queue consumers and scheduled jobs.

### Monitoring dashboard and alerts

Per-flow status, the error queue and a replay screen.

### Test suite and runbook

End-to-end scenarios, what to do when a flow fails and an upgrade checklist.

## Questions

### Our ERP is an older version with no API. Can it still be integrated?

Usually, yes. We look at web services, database views, file exchange or middleware the vendor offers. Writing directly to the database is a last resort and only considered through methods the vendor supports.

### Should we use an integration platform or a custom build?

If connectors exist for your systems and the flows are standard, an iPaaS product or the vendor’s own integration tooling may be faster. When business rules are complex, flows are many or data must stay inside your network, a custom integration layer gives more control. We recommend one after seeing the flow list.

### Which healthcare standards do you work with?

Whatever the other system supports: HL7 v2 messages, FHIR APIs or the vendor’s own web services. Patient data transfers are designed around the special-category data rules in GDPR and KVKK, HIPAA where it applies, and the hospital’s own access policies.

### Will an ERP upgrade break the integrations?

It can, which is why we deliver an automated test suite and an upgrade checklist for every flow. The upgrade is first rehearsed on a test environment against that suite, then moved to production.

### What drives the timeline and cost?

The number of systems and flows, the quality of the interfaces those systems expose, how much cleanup the master data needs and whether flows must run in real time. After the inventory and mapping phase we present a flow-by-flow plan and estimate.
