ALGOFACT

Eskişehir

Traceable, secure software for Eskişehir’s rail, aerospace and ceramics makers.

ALGOFACT is a Turkish software and AI engineering company. For suppliers in Eskişehir’s rail systems and aerospace chains, and for its ceramics and household appliance plants, we build part and document traceability, quality data platforms, computer vision and secure document search. Where customers impose strict confidentiality, hosting, access and logging are decided at design time. Engineering runs from Adana and Ankara TEKMER under ISO 27001:2022, starting with a 30-minute discovery call.

An industrial city built around rail and engines

Eskişehir’s industrial story reads like a short history of Turkish engineering. The current-state analysis behind the 2024-2028 regional plan of the Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency (BEBKA) traces it from an aircraft maintenance workshop founded in 1926, to the railway factory that built the first domestically produced locomotive, Karakurt, and the first domestic car, Devrim, in 1961, to the organized industrial zone approved in 1969 and the TUSAŞ aircraft engine plant of the 1980s.

Today the same analysis names ceramics, household appliances, aerospace and rail systems as Eskişehir’s leading clusters, with dedicated cluster associations for rail and aerospace. Eskişehir OSB counts 950 parcels and 42,695 jobs according to Ministry of Industry and Technology data cited by BEBKA, led by fabricated metal, food and electrical equipment. In 2021 defense and aerospace was the province’s closest sector to the 500-million-dollar export mark, at 321 million dollars.

Technology park, zones and universities

ATAP

Eskişehir’s technology development zone, the Anadolu Technology Research Park, listed by BEBKA among the region’s interface organizations alongside the rail systems and aerospace cluster associations.

Organized industrial zones

Eskişehir OSB and the Beylikova livestock OSB are operating; Sivrihisar OSB is being established.

Universities

Anadolu University, Eskişehir Osmangazi University and Eskişehir Technical University, the last created on May 18, 2018 from units of Anadolu University.

BEBKA and national support programs

BEBKA announced its 2026 technical support program on February 9, 2026, and ran a repayable green-transition financing call for SMEs in the first months of the year. Technical support usually funds training and consulting, while grant and loan programs are announced as separate calls.

For software-heavy R&D, TÜBİTAK’s 1501 and 1507 programs are the usual references, and KOSGEB runs an SME digital transformation program for digitalization investments. Each program’s own guide decides who qualifies. We make no promises on eligibility; we write the technical scope and work packages so they can be used in your application.

Engagement model

The discovery call covers the process, your existing systems and any confidentiality terms your customers impose. A founder then presents the proposed scope, with a proof of concept first when technical risk is high. The build runs from our engineering offices in Adana and Ankara TEKMER, and you test releases in a staging environment before anything reaches the shop floor.

Plant visits for camera mounting or line observation are agreed during discovery and written into the plan rather than assumed. We go live with access control and monitoring, hand over runbooks, and can keep an embedded team on the system after the first release.

FAQ for Eskişehir

Approach
01Does ALGOFACT have a local presence in Eskişehir?

No. Our engineering offices are in Adana (Çukurova) and Ankara TEKMER (Çankaya). Eskişehir clients meet us online, and any work that has to happen on site is identified during discovery and scheduled in the plan.

02Our rail or aerospace customer has strict confidentiality terms. Where does the data live?

Wherever your terms require: your own servers, a private cloud or a hybrid setup. Access rights, log retention and where any model runs are written down at design time, and delivery is handled by a team working under ISO 27001:2022.

03Can computer vision catch defects on a ceramics line?

For visible defects such as cracks, spots and color drift, usually yes. Lighting and line speed decide accuracy, so we collect images from your real production and measure results in a small proof of concept first.

04We are a tenant at ATAP. Can you join our TÜBİTAK project as the software partner?

Yes. The split of work, reporting and intellectual property terms are agreed in the contract up front, while who applies and who qualifies follow the program’s rules.

05Can documentation and project communication be in English for our international customer?

Yes. Specifications, test reports and runbooks can be produced in English, Turkish or both, which helps when your end customer audits the system.
