Gaziantep, Türkiye
Software and AI for Gaziantep exporters and the buyers who source from them.
ALGOFACT is a Turkish software and AI engineering company that builds B2B export ordering portals, ERP integrations, camera-based inspection for carpets and fabrics and AI assistants for multilingual order handling, for manufacturers in Gaziantep and the international buyers who work with them. Each project opens with a 30-minute discovery call. Engineering is delivered from our offices in Adana and Ankara TEKMER under ISO/IEC 27001:2022; Gaziantep is a service area, and on-site steps are planned per project.

Gaziantep in export terms
According to the Southeastern Anatolia Exporters’ Associations (GAİB), Gaziantep exported USD 7.99 billion in the first nine months of 2026, making it Türkiye’s sixth largest exporting province. Cereals and pulses, oilseeds and oilseed products, carpets, textiles and raw materials, chemicals and wood and forest products lead its exports. Machine-made carpets, pastry and confectionery products, plastics, fabrics, yarns, vegetable oils and milling products are among the region’s most exported goods.
The reach is wide. GAİB reports that the region sold to 202 countries in that period, with Iraq, the United States, Syria, the United Kingdom and Germany among the top markets. If you buy carpets, fabrics or food products from Gaziantep, or you are a producer selling to many markets at once, the software challenge is the same: getting orders with different languages, currencies, documents and delivery terms into production without errors.
What exporters ask us to build
Each item opens the service page with approach, deliverables and typical questions.
01B2B ordering portal for distributors
Distributors and wholesalers browse the catalog and order in their own language, with stock, price lists and documents pulled from the ERP.
02AI handling of multilingual inquiries
An agent reads quote and order requests from email and forms, flags missing details and opens the record in the CRM, waiting for human approval on critical steps.
03Carpet and fabric inspection
Pattern shifts, pile faults and color differences detected by camera after weaving, with each faulty piece logged with its image and lot.
04Grain and milling traceability
Purchasing, storage, processing and shipment records kept consistent between the ERP, weighbridges and warehouses, traceable lot by lot.
05Waste and energy analytics in plastics
Models that explain scrap and energy use from machine, mold and raw material data, with shift reports generated automatically.
A large industrial zone with an integration gap
The Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone describes itself as covering 43.25 million m², with 1,148 companies employing about 240,000 people and exporting to 175 countries. By its own account, the zone uses about 2 percent of all electricity consumed in Türkiye.
A 2021 study for the Silk Road Development Agency on the city’s machinery and metal industry found good production, design and financing capabilities, but limited product variety, mostly medium-low technology and weak integration between stakeholders. Software is one of the quickest ways to close that gap: when order, production and quality data live in one place, efficiency improves and moving to more complex products becomes easier. For companies unsure where to begin, an AI and data assessment is often the right first step.
Local institutions
Working together
We begin with a 30-minute discovery call about your products, markets, systems and the problem to solve. If there is a fit, our founder presents the proposed scope. Uncertain items, such as camera inspection on a specific carpet quality, are tested in a small trial first.
Engineering runs from Adana and Ankara TEKMER, with meetings online in English or Turkish. Steps that need someone on site, such as camera placement on a weaving line, are planned per project. Systems go live with access control and monitoring, and your team receives runbooks at handover.
Turkish entities may also consider İKA programs, KOSGEB support and TÜBİTAK 1501 and 1507 for the R&D part of a project. Eligibility is decided by each institution.
Gaziantep questions
Approach01Is ALGOFACT present in Gaziantep?
Not with a local office. Our engineering offices are in Adana (Çukurova) and Ankara TEKMER (Çankaya). Gaziantep is a service area: we work online and plan any on-site steps during discovery.
02We import from Gaziantep manufacturers. Can you connect our purchasing system to theirs?
Yes, when both sides take part in the project. Typical scopes are order and confirmation exchange, shipment documents and quality records. Data access and ownership are agreed with both parties at the start.
03Can the ordering portal handle several languages and currencies?
Yes. Languages, currencies, price lists and the documents each buyer can see are defined by rules and synchronized with the ERP.
04Can a camera really catch pattern faults in machine-made carpets?
Where the fault is visible in the image, yes. We first collect real images from your line and measure whether fault types can be separated, then decide on a full rollout.
