ALGOFACT works with your team to define the operational problem, test the riskiest part and build a system your team can run. If the work should become a product, we can follow that path as well.
What a project looks like
Every project starts with the operational problem and the systems already in use.
Working models
There are four ways to work with us. The right one depends on the project.

Working inside your team
Our engineers take part in your daily work with a shared backlog and regular meetings, with one named owner from the first call to go-live. 
02Fast proof of concept for AI
When AI is the open question, we build a working version in a few days and continue to production if it works.
03Short technology assessment
A focused review of 48 to 72 hours up to three weeks that ends in written findings. It can support a decision or lead into a longer build.
04Venture Studio
When the work should become a product for other organizations, we take it from the initial idea to a first release.

Project stages
Every project follows the same stages. AI is added when the analysis shows that it is needed.
We start from the operational problem rather than from a model. When the risk is real, a working proof of concept usually takes a few days. The project then continues until the system runs in your operation.

Proof of concept
A short test of the part with the most uncertainty, usually a matter of days. - 03
Development and integration
The system is built into the real workflow, with access control and monitoring from the start. - 04
Handover
Documentation, runbooks and access go to your team. We continue only if you want support.
From internal system to product
Some systems stay inside the organization. Others can be offered as a product.
If the same problem exists in other organizations, we can shape the system as a product. We check that there is demand, build a first release and prepare the product for growth.

01Which working model fits our project?
If you need a system in your operation, we work inside your team. If AI is the open question, we start with a proof of concept. If you need an answer within days, we run a short technology assessment. If the system should become a product, we use the Venture Studio.
02Who owns the system afterward?
You do. Access, documentation and runbooks are transferred to your team, and we can continue to support the system after go-live if you wish.
03How quickly can we see a first result?
When the open question is clear, a working proof of concept usually takes a few days. It is then extended until the system can run in production.
04Do you work in specific industries only?
