Solution Engineering covers custom applications, APIs and integration with ERP, CRM and HIS systems. We work from the real workflow to production, for B2B, B2C, B2B2C and B2G organizations.
How the work is done
We start with a business analysis of the workflow, the data and the systems already in use. From this we design the architecture and, where the technical risk is high, build a short proof of concept before development begins.
The system is then developed, released to production and handed over with documentation and runbooks. An embedded team can stay with the operation after the first release if you want continued support.
