Venture Studio

Many strong ideas stay as a presentation, a side project or an internal system that is never offered outside the company. Venture Studio starts from the operator and the workflow, builds a working prototype within days, and then prepares the product for a team that can keep developing it.

01When is Venture Studio the right choice?

When the outcome should be a product that other organizations can use, not only an internal system. If the main problem is the operation itself, start with Solution Engineering.

02How is this different from Solution Engineering?

The engineering team and methods are the same. Solution Engineering delivers systems that you own and run inside your company. Venture Studio applies the same team to productization and the decision on a product or company.

03Who owns the product afterward?

You do. Architecture, access and the build path stay with your team. We can remain involved after the first release if you want support in the next stage.

04How long before we see a first result?

When the question is clear, a working prototype takes days. Productization and the decision on a company follow once the prototype has shown that the idea works.

05Do you deliver software and AI projects in Türkiye and the United States?

Yes. Engineering is based in Adana and Ankara TEKMER, and the US address is in Dover, Delaware. Discovery and delivery run for teams in both countries.
