01Are you tied to one cloud vendor?

No. Placement follows your requirements and can be AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid or on-premises. The infrastructure remains cloud-agnostic.

02How does ISO 27001 apply to the work?

It is the standard for access, data handling and continuity in our projects, and it applies from the design stage, before go-live.

03Who owns the infrastructure afterward?

You do. Runbooks, access and monitoring stay with your team. We can remain involved in the next release cycle if you want us to.

04Do you only set up cloud, or also the systems on it?

Both. Cloud work provides the environment, and Solution Engineering and AI, ML and Data deliver the systems and models that run on it when the project includes them.

05Do you deliver software and AI projects in Türkiye and the United States?

Yes. Engineering is based in Adana and Ankara TEKMER, and the US address is in Dover, Delaware. Discovery and delivery run for teams in both countries.
